Castlereagh Sub Aqua Club (CSAC) was formed in 1975 and currently has a membership of approximately 60. These members come from all walks of life, with the common denominator being their desire to see and experience at first hand, the fantastic treasures beneath Northern Ireland’s waves. We are an active club diving every weekend (weather permitting) and also on Thursday evenings during the summer months. We offer diving from beginners all the way through to technical diving at a range of sites across Northern Ireland, with most regular dives taking place within easy reach of Belfast.
With our own clubhouse, compressor and gas mixing facilities, 2 Ribs and 10 full sets of training equipment we are one of the best equipped clubs in Northern Ireland.
If you are interested in learning more about diving or are already qualified and looking to dive with other experienced divers then we’d love you to get in touch.
We also arrange dive trips abroad in more exotic climes from time to time. Our most recent trip was to the Red Sea in Egypt in 2018, and we are planning new trips for the future.
